American Presidential Estates and Capitol Hills pride’s itself on how our Homeowners have customized their manufactured homes and sites to suit their individual tastes and needs.
To help safeguard their investment, we have instituted a list of minimum requirements for all homes, here are some of these safeguards, please contact our office for the list.
For mobile manufactured homes being brought into the Community.
Presidential Estates & Capitol Hills sections:
- Multi section homes only.
- Skirting: Lap siding, the same color and style as the home.
- Entry Doors: House type, opening in.
- Any side of the home that faces the street must have minimum of 2 windows, or a window and a door.
- Shutters on all windows with adequate space, including shed and garage.
- Steps or decks by all doors and door walls. No Fiberglass steps.
- An attached carport with shed or garage is required by all homes upon placement or resale.
Independence Section: In addition to the above.
The Independence Section, a unique 32 site home area, where each site has been designed exclusively for homes with 2 car attached garages, 5/12 roof pitches, and other special features giving them a full residential neighborhood appearance. (Only 11 sites remain open for new homes.)
